Alternative Energy Solutions International, Inc.’s CMT hot water biomass boiler is ideally suited to reduce energy costs in industrial applications. Based on a technology developed over 50 years ago by Uniconfort, an ISO 9001 company, and now exclusively fabricated by AESI in the United States, the CMT Series are hot water generators which provide a steady flow of hot water at atmospheric pressure.

The low grate temperature of the combustion system was designed to minimize klinkering by ensuring that the fuel and ash remain below fusion temperatures. A large, hand-laid firebrick refactory allows for efficient transfer of heat to the water. Primary, secondary, and tertiary air offers complete control of combustion modulation.
