Alternative Energy Solutions International, Inc.’s FMT biomass hot air generator is ideally suited to reduce energy costs in industrial applications. Based on a technology developed over 50 years ago by Uniconfort, an ISO 9001 company, and now exclusively fabricated by AESI in the United States, the FMT Series are biomass generators which provide a steady flow of hot air for space heating. These compact units are ideal for recurring space heating situations as well as small drying requirements. The FMT high-performance hot air generator operates on solid fuels, such as sawdust, off-cuts, and chips while allowing continuous control of temperature and humidity, providing quick response time of the thermal delivery.

The low grate temperature of the combustion system was designed to minimize klinkering by ensuring that the fuel and ash remain below fusion temperatures. A large, hand-laid firebrick refactory allows for efficient transfer of heat to the air. Primary, secondary, and tertiary air offers complete control of combustion modulation.
